Submissions
All submissions will be reviewed by the Guild Masters. If for some reason your submission is not accepted, it just means that the particular deviation is not a good fit for us. If you have any questions about why a submission was declined, you will likely find the answer below. If you don't, please feel free to ask! If you do have any further questions about why your piece was declined please feel free to send us a note or comment directly on the submission process to keep things more private. We will try to be as fair as possible with our explanation but be ready for a critique. Thanks for your consideration in advance!

Guild members can submit the following types of works:
a) your own works to the appropriate Members Gallery folder.
b) contest entries to the current contest gallery folder.
c) other deviants (non-members) works to the guild favorites.

guild favorites will always be accepted

To submit art or writing, please use either the 'contribute art' link in the blue banner on our profile page for your own works or 'suggest to favorites' for non-members works.

Members can upload a maximum of 2 deviations a week.
OC characters are only allowed if they are not the main focus of the work (i.e. they are in the background). At least one canon AC character must be the clear focus whether the work is written or visual art. We cannot post works written from the perspective of an OC.
Photomanipulations and wallpapers are only allowed if there is a
significant personal contribution by the artist and proper credits are given for any resources used which the artist did not create. Game screenshots, motivationals, lightly edited or unedited game art will not be added to the guild gallery. For info on DA's policy regarding wallpapers and why we have to decline most of them please see this article:

The guild does not tolerate art theft. If you did not make it and/or don't have permission to use it, do not submit it. If you try to submit a deviation which is not your own work you will be banned from the group. If you suspect a piece in the gallery of being stolen art please note us and we will investigate.
